Our story

Placon is an independent, self-owned software company. We started with a simple frustration: most apps try to do too much, and end up doing very little well. We wanted to build the opposite — small, focused tools that solve one real problem, and solve it properly.

Our first release, Tookit Medtracker, grew out of exactly that idea. Keeping track of multiple medications, doses, and reminder times is a daily task that deserves better than a sticky note — so we built an app dedicated entirely to making it simple and reliable.

What we believe

• Software should do one job, and do it well — not everything, poorly.
• Your data belongs to you. We design with privacy as a default, not an afterthought.
• Reliability matters more than features. A reminder you can't trust is worse than no reminder at all.
• Good design is invisible — it should never get in the way of what you're trying to do.

What's next
